Hello!
My name is Hannah Melcher and I am a current student at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. I am currently studying for a Communications and Design, Arts and Technology Major with a minor in Digital Media. I plan to work in the geriatrics field.
I started storytelling and developing a passion for helping others from a very young age. My skills in writing and communication helped in allowing me to pursue those passions. After my grandpa became a resident at a Trilogy Health Campus, I found my love for geriatric care.
Combining both my love for storytelling and social media, I realized the impact and skill I could bring to the geriatrics field. Being able to enrich and share the stories of the lives of others motivated me to pursue this position.
I also have the privilege of serving as a Life Enrichment Associate at a Trilogy Health Campus. I work with those in long term care, short term care, and memory care. I have learned how to enrich the lives of many different groups of seniors. My passion for serving others and sharing the stories of others also shows through my time as an intern with Live a Dream at Trilogy Health Services where I worked in enhancing the company's social media pages.
My passion for storytelling combined with a strong love for inspiring others has inspired me to use my skills to work in geriatrics full time after I graduate. I plan to continue to build upon my skills to share the stories and lives of others.
